Director of Leasing Operations

We’re seeking a Director of Leasing Operations for a luxury lifestyles apartment community near Midtown Atlanta. This position has potential to lead into a head Property Manager once new communities open later this year.

MUST have a background as a property manager.

MUST have a background in luxury apartment communities.

We need someone with a strong background in marketing who can also manage and train leasing agents and other staff on the customer service end of operations.

Lease up experience is preferred.

Starting salary is 80K with benefits plus commission and bonus potential.
