Fee Schedule

Our fee for any position on-site including Mangers, Leasing, and Maintenance staff in Georgia is 5% of their annual salary.

All out-of-state placements are 10% of the annual salary for all positions.  We happily go where our clients have needs.  Great talent is not just in Georgia!

All corporate positions including Presidents, Regionals, Accounting, and Administrative are also 10%.

Replacement Guarantee

A 60-day replacement guarantee is extended if the invoice is paid promptly within 30 days from the employee start date.

Our guarantee entitles you to a prompt replacement with a candidate of equivalent skills and qualifications. We must be notified within the guarantee period in order to activate the replacement clause. We must also be given adequate time (which may be mutually agreed upon if a problem develops) to present a suitable candidate for the position. If the position is filled by an internal promotion or by other means, a credit will be issued that may be used for any other placement within the company.

Meeting Locations and Confidentiality

Oftentimes the needs of our clients are just as confidential as those of the applicants. For this reason, we are very creative in finding that “right” location/meeting place for all parties to meet.

We work with you (the client) as well as the applicant to coordinate and schedule that initial meeting. We are very discreet in our approach should the position and/or the company name be extremely confidential. Understanding that many of our clients have very confidential needs, we protect that with extreme professionalism.

When speaking with our applicants in regards to your highly confidential position, we provide them only with parameters of the position but not the specifics. It is our goal to make you feel as comfortable as possible during the transition of finding your new hire.

We take great pride in servicing everything for you (the client) and the applicant. Whether coming from out of town or right here in the metro Atlanta area, we have a conference room with two entrance/exits for your convenience and privacy to utilize should confidential meeting space be needed.
