Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Multifamily property management company seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor for large asset in Dunwoody, GA. Salary is $65-68K.

The Maintenance Supervisor partners with the Property Manager regarding oversight of all maintenance related activities, initiatives and community goals. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff.

Required Skills:

• High level of proficiency in written verbal and math skills.
• 3-5 years of previous experience as a supervisor in apartment maintenance.
• Must possess thorough knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Good time management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Must be able to use all types of hand and power tools, air conditioning gauges and vacuum pumps.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws.
• OSHA and EPA regulations and company safety policies.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Valid state issued driver’s license.
• HVAC/EPA certification.
• CPO certification.
